Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from return, including:

  • Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Some health and personal care items

Partial Refunds May Be Granted

  • Books with clear signs of use
  • CDs, DVDs, video games, or vinyl records that have been opened
  • Any item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Any return requested after the 14-day period

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and inform you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time to officially post)
  3. Contact your bank

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at bubuluxuryshop@gmail.com and mail your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from it.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
